It's quite disappointing. This movie isn't as funny as I have expected, maybe because it is adapted from the book. I have high expectation for the movie as a lot of people talk about it and there are a lot of promotions that are shown. It is also shown in Malaysia,Singapore and Brunei, so that makes me think that this movie is very popular and nice to watch. In my opinion, It has a lot of jokes but only a little do make people laugh at the cinema.The story line are not well-plotted and the timing of the jokes is sometimes not suitable. The moral of the story can be easily predictable. The ending of the story is not very good as well. In the movie, I only praise for the casts and the image, the actors and actress are very natural and go they have very good acting skills. The visual image is clear and good as well. Overall, I don't really recommend people to watch this movie.

I just finished watching My Stupid Boss, and honestly, it was a chaotic but fun ride. The movie is quirky and full of absurd humor, with Bunga Citra Lestari and Reza Rahadian delivering some really memorable performances. Reza, as the bumbling and eccentric boss, steals the show with his bizarre antics, making me both laugh and cringe at the same time.

The plot is light and revolves mostly around the ridiculous workplace situations that the employees have to deal with thanks to their incompetent boss. While some of the jokes land perfectly, there are moments where the humor feels a bit forced or repetitive. Still, if you're in the mood for a light, goofy comedy that doesn't take itself too seriously, My Stupid Boss is definitely worth a watch.

The movie's charm lies in its outlandish characters and their interactions, even though the story itself is pretty simple. It's a good option for when you just want to sit back and laugh at the absurdity of office life!

A wonderful movie to watch. This movie represents what a good comedy movie should be; direct relate-able humor, witty lines, and great comedic timing. The vivid colored cinematography is well thought out. The actors are natural. The background music is well composed(using strong french influences) and is spot on - kudos to the composer. All the elements reminded me of the movie Amelie. The only minor downside to this movie was the plot development and the direction it was going. It seem to miss a certain luster towards the turning point. Overall, I enjoyed the movie very much. A recommended movie to watch together with family and friends for a good laugh.

Dont want to be too harsh...but the fact is its waste of ones time to watch this movie. I am quite surprised how avg of 1200+ people rated it 7+ (avg). This is my honest and personal opinion. Too boring to bare 1hr 45mins... I was very optimistic till the end thinking that atleast the ending would be a nice one... i was wrong.

This is my first movie from these countries so I gave it go ahead, even as within first thirty minutes it was clear that it doesn't have a story but series of clever/stupid things a boss can do told as sequence of narrative. Acting is mediocre from all, and obviously over the top for the heroine. Pretty sure she is famous for being pretty rather than for her acting. Random kind heart montage in the end with orphanage was out of place and inconsistent. Okay to watch but easily avoidable.
