A portrait of Queen Victoria hangs on the wall outside the judge's office, the court building has "VR" on it for "Victoria Regina" (Queen Victoria), and on the judge's office wall is a picture of Queen Victoria's Jubilee celebration in Westminster Abbey. This makes sense for the small town in Ontario, Canada, where the movie was filmed, but not for the movie, which is set in small-town USA.

SURPRISINGLY DIFFERENT AND DELIGHTFUL CHRISTMAS STORY!

During this time of ALL the holiday movies, this one is different. My 9 star rating is based on comparison to other holiday movies. The story moves along, the acting is good and the ending is worth the wait!!! Bravo.
