It's interesting that there suddenly is a brand new tin roof on the house with no mention of it being done, and the woman not having had time to earn any money to do it. [Of course, home improvement loans are readily available, especially with the house as collateral, as it's unlikely there was any existing mortgage on it.]

Goofs
While the format of Henry's address is correct in Diane's resignation email, Sarah's is incorrect - the extension is written as boadhillagency instead of broadhillagency.
