The "Lullaby League" had a successful stage reading at the Strasberg Theater Institute in Los Angeles. The read was directed by Tony nominee Michael Lindsay-Hogg, who also directed the original production of "The Normal Heart" at The Public Theater as well as "Agnes of God" and Paul Simon's "Whose Life is It, Anyway".
"The Lullaby League" is unique in that it has an online prequel, "Tinsel's Town", a 2-hour digital series that rewinds the clock to show who Tinsel was before becoming the fame-obsessed reality TV who causes so much trouble in "The Lullaby League".
Though initially written as a prequel, "Tinsel's Town" quickly became a stand-alone hit of its own, amassing over 1.5 million online views for its first season alone, and winning multiple awards not only for the show, but also for its star, Aimee Lynn-Chadwick, its writer David C Barry, and its Director, Michael Lindsay-Hogg.
