A beautiful bitter-sweet story

The story line says enough. Maayan Keret does a wonderful job playing the mute protagonist. This is an Israeli movie with dialog mostly in Arabic with English subtitles, plus occasional narration by an actress in English. If rated would likely be an R due to sexual encounter and brief nudity.
