When you go into a movie called Evil Bong 4 your expectations are instinctively going to be low, but they still weren't met.
You see the first 3 movies were dumb stoner films but at least had a couple of redeeming features. This one lacks even those and is the worst one yet.
It's outstanding that a franchise about an evil bong has at time of writing reached the pinnacle of 8 movies, and I do hope they get better after this one.
With about half the original cast returning it tells the story of series regular Rabbit as he escapes bong world to start his own business. What business you ask? A topless bowling alley!
Also starring the wretched Mindy Robinson an actress known for getting her boobs out and literally nothing else. Here she fails to do even that and is just another crappy actress in a role ideal for someone of her "Talents".
As you can imagine the T&A levels are high, in fact in this guys opinion a tad too high. It also features a Gingerdead man sex scene that is uncomfortable more than funny.
Gingerdead man and Ooga Booga from Full Moons other movies are welcome additions and I like the fact they are doing this. Sadly without Gary Busey though the Gingerdead man is simply terrible.
Weakest link in the franchise.
The Good:
Many of the original cast are still present
The Bad:
Mindy Robinson
Pretty much everything about the Gingerdead Man
Less than an hour in length
Pretty crappy ending
Things I Learnt From This Movie:
Mindy Robinson is an inspiration to kids everywhere that they can leave school, have no talents or skills and still be in the movies

Evil Bong 4 (2015) is available for free on Tubi and tells the tale of Rabbit who has converted from preaching from the good book to running a top less bowling alley. There happens to be both a Gingerbread Man and Evil Bong on the premises that plan to make things interesting (as if a top less bowling alley wasn't interesting enough). This movie is directed by Charles Band (Puppet Master) and stars Sonny Carl Davis (The Burbs), John Patrick Jordan (Mad Men), Robin Sydney (The Gingerbread Man) and Amy Paffrath (Disrupted). The storyline for this is crazy but entertaining in a "so bad it's good" kind of way. The film is relatively short (53 minutes) and is carried by...nudity and one-liners. This isn't bad if you liked the previous films, has a few good props and some great "cast selections" but is far from a must see. I'd give it a 3/10.

After watching the previous three films in the series consecutively, the fourth film feels like a slightly different change in structure and tone as it has gone in a different direction.
Still being directed by Charles Band, a lot of the main characters that appeared in the first three aren't present here, and there are a few new additions. Alistair, Bachman, Brett, and the grandpa are not in this film. Also to note, Luann (Robin Sydney) appears to have a character name change. She is referenced as Sarah but still appears to be the same character of Luann (this wasn't exactly explained- which caused slight confusion).
The plot focuses more on Rabbit operating a topless, weed smoking bowling alley. Larnell is present but his role is smaller (beard is gone, attire is different, seems to have grown up more). The Evil bong Ebee of course is still here. Now the Gingerdead Man is more of a central character and he has a few highlight scenes (including an odd explicit scene with one of the bowling employees). Also an odd character named Hambo, which he appears to have a pig snot for a nose as he makes pig jokes and puns. Didn't find him funny.
With the shortest running time (only 53 minutes), this really isn't great as it has a different feel. They made sure to provide the most skin of the franchise so far to possibly distract viewers. Surely the could have added more plot development and more depth, considering the ending felt rushed.
Overall Evil Bong 420 isn't on the level of the original but is slightly more entertaining than the third. It's short run time helps it.

1hr30mins gone. What am I doing with my life?
If the smoke doesn't kill your brain cells, this movie will get the job done.

While the whole franchaise is WTF am i watching silly horror comedy, it has some story and entertainment value, even as it has very bad acting, bad camera work, bad VFX, but somehow it adds to it's charms. The first 3 movies are quite ok to watch.
This on the other hand, is total flop. It has basically no real plot, it's even under 1 hour. The director just wanted to see some naked chicks and that's all the movie has to offer. Pointless nudity. The previous movies had plenty of that too, but it somehow fitted the script. Here the script is 10 times plainer.
Lets hope the next movies are better than this.
