The pilot was okay, the second episode was a massive disappointment, but this one was a big improvement. It still had some flaws, but a lot less than the first two episode. This show is starting to reach its potential, which is great.
Writing isn't as cringe-worthy and it's not so rushed and here, for the first time in the show, this feels like a much bigger world as it should be and I really liked it. The faithfulness to the source material is still pretty well done and I liked that they are keeping the most important parts of the story. It does play out in a different way, but it still happens. Unfaithfulness is what I was really afraid of, but now I don't feel like that anymore and I'm very positive about the show again. Also, I really like that they included the flying motorbike scene, which wasn't even in the movie and it was a really pleasant surprise seeing it here. Effects can still get better, but it's still just a beginning. I really liked this episode and I think it's pretty clear that I'm very optimistic about this show again. Now I can't wait for the next episode!
