Is This a mystery? No. Because we know pretty early on, who the villain is. Yes, I thought the story might have taken the route of it being somebody else , but that doesn't happen. The story for the most part focuses on the police. As to the idea made by a member here, that the character of the leading female makes professional woman look bad. Don't forget, she is just a rookie. I like the fact that she gets frightened and she doesn't always know what to do. For me. It makes her more human. Yes. I guessed what was going to happen in the last episode, but such are the conventions of the genre. I thought the performances were excellent.
