A great small film
Realism and surrealism. Minimalism, passion and cynicism. Irony and grit. These are the main dish ingredients in this first full lenght feature from writer and director Iannaccone.
A small story from another neapolitan artist, like we were used to with the early Sorrentino: still a colorful, thought provoking and entertaining perspective.
We get to know the lives of the manipulating criminal Marco and of a mature, sexually hyperactive lecturer, Lucrezia. The desperate ending shows the depth of Iannaccone sight into the human - or the italian in particular - condition.
Great cast, polished photography. I'm looking forward to have new works from Iannaccone soon.
