Do you love tall women? If so, you are not alone – we do, too! Not in a weird way, but nothing makes us stop in our tracks like a woman with an Amazon-esque stature.
There’s a reason why runway models are usually six feet and up – they’re awe-inspiring.

Actress Blake Lively is under scrutiny on social media as another old interview resurfaces, drawing criticism for her behavior toward journalists.
The latest clip, which gained traction on TikTok, shows Lively in a 2017 interview with Dp/30 promoting her film All I See Is You. In the video, Lively appears to react negatively when asked about feeling “free to try everything” in her performance.
“What does that mean?” Lively interrupts, laughing. When the interviewer clarifies his question about her willingness to experiment, referencing an earlier comment about singing, Lively responds, “I did sing in this movie. Did you see the movie? We’re gonna give you a pop quiz at the end of this.”

Social media users are divided on Lively’s conduct. Some TikTok commenters describe her behavior as “rude” and “terrorizing” toward the interviewer.

It is no secret that Taylor Swift and Blake Lively go way back. The All I See is You star and Lover singer have been at each others’ side ever since they connected in Australia for a day back in 2015. And they never turned back. You know they are up close once you realise that the trio – James, Betty, and Inez, around whom Swift’s songs Cardigan, Betty, and August revolved, are actually the names of Lively’s kids.
Add to that the fact that she is the godmother of all of them. Their camaraderie and close friendship are admired by the industry at large, even prompting many to think that they might be besties. They might not be wrong. And their friendship might have proved to be a boon in disguise for another actor, Isabela Ferrer.

Actress Blake Lively (A Simple Favor) is mounting an adaptation of the graphic novel Seconds for Searchlight Pictures, in her feature directorial debut, Deadline can confirm.
The title from Scott Pilgrim creator Bryan Lee O’Malley was published by Random House imprint Ballantine Books in 2014. It centers on Katie Clay, who receives the power to fix her past mistakes by writing them down in a notebook, eating a mushroom and falling asleep. Clay subsequently becomes too eager to fix every little aspect of her life and before long, her newfound ability begins to create ever-new problems that threaten not only to take her further and further from the life she initially had, but the very fabric of time and space itself.
Edgar Wright—who helmed the beloved 2010 film Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, based on O’Malley’s graphic novels—adapted the screenplay and will produce the new film alongside three-time Oscar nominee Marc Platt.

We're only three episodes in, but we've already hit a little bit of filler.
With only ten episodes in each season of Yellowstone, it's hard to appreciate those that jocky us into position for what's to come, but that's definitely what Yellowstone Season 4 Episode 3 did.
As always, if you want a full recap of events, click the link above. Now, let's dig into the juicy bits from "All I See Is You."
Let's start with Jimmy's departure because it encompassed a couple of other avenues, notably Lloyd.
Lloyd is out of sorts because things are changing regardless. Rip needs him to keep his head in the game. Lloyd is fussy over Jimmy getting kicked out of the bunkhouse, and he's still dealing with the aftereffects of that blonde chick shacking up with Walker.
Lloyd can be as fussy as he wants to be over Jimmy, but if anyone knows that...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Yellowstone Season 4, Episode 3 “All I See Is You.”] If you ask Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), Jamie (Wes Bentley) was responsible for the attacks that nearly killed her, her father John (Kevin Costner), and her brother Kayce (Luke Grimes), and she’s not going to let that go anytime soon. But that’s not all that’s going on for Beth or the rest of the ranch in Yellowstone Season 4. Beth’s taken in a young kid, Carter (Finn Little), who’s pretty much just like her fiancé Rip (Cole Hauser) was at his age, but that’s not going so well. Also in “All I See Is You,” Jimmy (Jefferson White), after injuring himself by doing exactly what John told him not to, leaves behind the ranch for Texas (for how long remains to be seen). And Monica (Kelsey Asbille) is so angry and wants to leave the ranch so...

In Eddie Alcazar’s debut feature “Perfect,” beautiful nymph-like models lounge around a Lautner house digitally transported into a waterfall fantasy land, and not a whole lot seems to mean anything. Alcazar has flip-flopped roles with his collaborator, musician-filmmaker Flying Lotus, for whom Alcazar acted as producer on the gross-out horror anthology film “Kuso.” Now Flying Lotus is producing (and acting as composer) for this sci-fi anti-morality tale — released under the “Steven Soderbergh Presents” banner — that frustrates as much as it visually dazzles.

Blake Lively’s “The Rhythm Section” has been bumped back nine months to Nov. 22, 2019, Paramount announced Friday.
The film was previously scheduled to be released on Feb. 22, 2019. The spy thriller will now compete against Disney’s “Frozen 2,” which is opening during the same timeframe.
TheWrap previously reported that production had been temporarily suspended in December 2017 because Lively had injured her wrist while filming an action sequence.

Did we really need the studio behind the “Star Wars” relaunch to make a movie telling middle-aged men to stay close to their childhood toys? That’s the underlying message of “Christopher Robin,” a partially live-action sequel to the lovely “Winnie the Pooh” cartoons that’s a colossal disappointment on many levels.
It’s a slow, sluggish and whimsy-deficient movie that seems designed to entertain neither children nor adults, and the film’s script opens a Pandora’s Box of a plot twist (more on that in a moment) that that narrative then brushes off. And while many people admitted to weeping from the trailers, the final movie never packs the emotional punch that should be inherent to the material.
What we’re left with is a “Hook”-style mid-life crisis movie aimed at kids, designed to shame parents who spend too much time at the office and not enough with their families.

Amazon Prime Video has confirmed that several of its original series will be debuting new episodes on the streaming service in August, including the first season of “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.” John Krasinski, who is red-hot following the success of his winter hit “A Quiet Place,” takes on the role of the CIA spy that has been played on the big screen by Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford, Ben Affleck and Chris Pine.
Likewise, there will be plenty of movies making their first appearances on Amazon Prime Video including the action comedy “Gringo,” which stars David Oyelowo as a businessman who unwittingly becomes involved with a Mexican drug cartel.
Unlike Netflix, Amazon does not disclose the shows and movies leaving the service in any given month. We’ve done some digging and unearthed a few titles that will be exiting Amazon Prime Video in the first week of August. News...

According to celebrities, two coats are better than one. While having to wear two coats sounds miserable, doubling up is a style choice you may want to make. Beyond providing extra warmth, the added coat adds a level sophistication that alludes to high fashion and menswear. Case in point: Blake Lively's three-piece, menswear-inspired suit. While promoting her new film All I See Is You, the star appeared in a gray plaid suit, which included a coat, suit jacket and tailored pants. Instead of wearing the coat normally, Blake opted out of the sleeves, giving us a better view of her outfit. As she walked down the NYC street, the coat blew upwards, like a cloak fit for the street style queen. ...

Blake, is that you? Blake Lively may be one of the most glamorous women in the world with style sought after by many, but the actress, who has basically never had a bad red carpet moment, showed a dramatically different side when she was photographed in character, while filming a new movie, The Rhythm Section, in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday. The All I See Is You actress, who made headlines with her plethora of outfit changes during her recent press tour, was dressed in over-sized clothes, no make (or makeup to make her look washed out) and a not-so flattering wig. The almost unrecognizable look is for a challenging new role in the upcoming spy thriller. In Glamour's September issue, the...

“The Light of the Moon” is a lucid, clinical, and wholly necessary drama about life after rape, and the while the film is far more watchable than it might sound (thanks in large part to Stephanie Beatriz’s rich and involving lead performance), viewers should know what’s in store for them. At the same time, “trigger warning” doesn’t feel like the right term, or at least not a sufficient one. While it’s inevitable that writer-director Jessica M. Thompson’s exquisitely sensitive feature debut will stimulate the traumas that sexual assault survivors have experienced, that kind of seems like the point.

This pre-Halloween weekend, multiple specialized distributors opened and expanded significant fall season releases. Comedy “The Square” (Magnolia), this year’s top Cannes prize-winner, launched at a high level for a subtitled film on the road to national release and Oscar contention.
No other opening reached its levels. “The Novitiate” (Sony Pictures Classics) drew disappointing results. “Bill Nye: Science Guy” (PBS) showed some initial promise, while “Jane” (Abramorama/National Geographic), another documentary about a well-known scientist, primate conservationist Jane Goodall, showed strong second weekend results. A24’s “The Killing of a Sacred Deer” led second weekend expansions.

It’s only been a few short weeks since Winnie the Pooh got the “Shakespeare in Love” treatment in “Goodbye Christopher Robin” — a film that inspired this critic to lament that “we used to tell stories; now we just tell stories about how we used to tell stories” — which means that we’re already long overdue for another saccharine period fable about the creation of another literary icon. Enter Ebenezer Scrooge, who came to Charles Dickens at a moment when both men were at a low point in their lives.
The year was 1843, the great author (a manic Dan Stevens) was 31, and his massive fame was ebbing in the wake of three consecutive flops. With the winter settling in and a certain lifestyle to maintain, Dickens was in desperate need of a Christmas miracle. There was only one problem: There hadn’t been a Christmas miracle in almost 1,843 years. You see,...

For over ninety years cinema has been catering to and exerting two of the five senses. Well mainly, since gimmicks like “Smell-o-Vision” and “Odorama”, used with the films Scent Of A Mystery and Polyester, never really connected with the film going public. They were cards that emitted aromas when a number was scratched (after prompting by seeing the number flash on-screen). I’m guessing certain fragrances didn’t mix well with concession treats. Well before that, The Jazz Singer introduced movie audiences to sound, allowing them to hear actors reciting lines rather than reading “title cards’ (along with sound effects and music). Now, instead of those cards, subtitles are run at the frame’s lower part for most foreign films (the subtitles help the “hearing impaired” watching films on home video). But how do film makers simulate the “point of view” of those “impaired’ or “challenged”? The wizards of sound mixing can manipulate the audio,...

A surfeit of visual noodling and little effectively directed and written drama make up “All I See Is You,” a what-if gimmick posing as a dissection of a marriage where one spouse is blind, yet it’s the other half who’s the needy one. A kind of anti-Nicholas Sparks movie, in which good intentions unintentionally expose cracks in a union, Marc Forster’s superficially trippy Thailand-set movie — peppered as it is with amorphous waves of shapes and colors meant to evoke the point of view of the sight-impaired — never plays like something that had to be made about the human.

Why do James (Jason Clarke) and his visually impaired wife Gina (Blake Lively) live in Bangkok? It’s a question that hangs over “All I See Is You,” begging to be asked. We know that James does insurance work somewhere in the Thai capital, but the way he brings it up in conversation makes it sound like an alibi. Usually film characters take jobs in far-flung destinations towards the end of the story, not before it starts. In truth the answer couldn’t be more obvious; it’s there the whole time, right in front of our faces, visible to everyone but Gina. Or maybe she sees it too, and — like us — simply doesn’t want to accept the fact that her doting husband moved her to a foreign city because of her debilitating blindness, and not in spite of it.

For a few years now, Blake Lively has been quietly doing really strong work. She’s quickly becoming incredibly underrated in Hollywood. Lively is just waiting for the right project to really break out, and her latest work in the independent film All I See Is You showcases her best performance to date. It opens this week and could even present her as a dark horse Best Actress candidate. The field is probably far too stacked to realistically get her in, but this is another hint that she’s going to be a force in the industry. A well deserved nomination could easily be in Lively’s future. The film is a character study with some thriller elements thrown in as well. Gina (Lively) lives with her husband James (Jason Clarke) in Bangkok. They’re there due to James’ work, though the experience is far different Gina. After all, she’s blind.

“Happy Birthday, baby,” Lively captioned the picture that featured only half of Reynolds’ face and body.

When Byron Allen’s Entertainment Studios, riding high after the early hit “47 Meters Down,” bought “Chappaquiddick” and “Hostiles” out of Toronto, it looked like they might provide direct competitors for a Best Actor Oscar slot. Now Scott Cooper’s $50-million western “Hostiles,” which earned upbeat reviews and press out of Telluride and Tiff, is heading for a December release and an Oscar campaign for Christian Bale.
“Chappaquiddick,” however, will have to wait.
John Curran’s “Chappaquiddick” (a $4 million pickup, with a $16 million P&A) will wisely hold off for a 2018 release on April 6. Jason Clarke would have not only been competing with Bale for a Best Actor slot, but also with himself in Dee Rees’s southern drama “Mudbound” (November 17, Netflix).
