‘Daredevil: Born Again‘ is one of the most exciting upcoming MCU releases, mostly due to the popularity of Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ show. The series is supposed to merge Daredevil’s existing canon and supporting characters with the MCU canon, and fans couldn’t be more excited for this beginning of a street-level phase in the cinematic universe.
This is especially true considering that fan reaction to the Multiverse concept so far hasn’t been that stellar and there is an increasing need to make more grounded and street-level stories.
Now we know that ‘Born Again’ will bring back some old faces, like Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen, Elden Henson’s Foggy, D’Onofrio’s Kingpin, and Bernthal’s Punisher, but according to rumors, the execs are considering one more show that’s set to introduce more Defenders to the MCU.
According to Comicodigy’s sources, Marvel is reportedly contemplating a ‘Heroes...

Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe launches not at any theater with a blockbuster, but rather—in a sign-of-the-times development—in the realm of streaming television. Disney+ series WandaVision, brings back Avengers members Vision (Paul Bettany) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) for a madcap serial spinoff; one that will require A Lot of explanation, given their respective fates in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
WandaVision, which operates under the creative purview of Captain Marvel writer Jac Schaeffer, now takes point for Phase Four in January, representing a canonical tie-in that’s more solid than contemporary McU-adjacent small-screen predecessors like ABC’s Agents of Shield and Agent Carter, along with unceremoniously abandoned Netflix “Street Level” shows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, and The Defenders.
With that set, here’s everything else we know so far about WandaVision.

Casting news for Spider-Man 3 has been surreal and chaotic—in the best possible way. Now, in the aftermath of reports that villains from previous franchise iterations like Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock and Jamie Foxx’s Electro will return (in a manner not yet known), a strong rumor is now pointing to the addition of a displaced Marvel hero, Charlie Cox’s Daredevil; a move that, if true, would mark the first big screen acknowledgement of Marvel’s nixed Netflix television corner.
The ever-growing rumor implies that Cox’s Matt Murdock, a.k.a. Daredevil, will go from small-screen cancelation by Netflix to big-screen splendor alongside star Tom Holland as part of the ever-growing Spider-Man 3 cast. The rumor’s renewed momentum noticeably occurs shortly after Netflix’s licensed exclusive rights to Daredevil expired this past November, rendering it open season for Marvel regarding its signature blind lawyer vigilante.
