Nail 32 is a biographical film of Jasper 'Buck' Livingston who founded the Cowboy
Church, an alternative for rodeo cowboys beyond the honkytonks they habituate
between rodeo events.
In spots the sound quality was poor or it might have rated bigger. It's an interesting film about someone determined to make a difference. I'm a big believer in that. I don't think you have to be a fundamentalist Christian to doit though.
Ahead of Buck Livingston certainly Roy Rogers and Dale Evans combined western culture and Christianity.
The influence is there. When attending a few Professional Bull Rider Events there are services for fans conducted by the religious ones of the riders. No doubt influenced by Livingston.
Brad Johnson and Shelton Murphy play Livingston well at different points in his life.
This might make it out of more than church basement showings.

This is the beginnings of the Cowboy Church's that are all over the country in rural areas. Due to his mistreatment at an organized church he knew he had to make something that everyone could feel welcome to. My stepdad goes to a cowboy church and he loves it. I am thankful for everything this film shares and that we don't have to feel dejected when we worship. There is always someone willing to take us in. We all need to accept God as our Father and turn to Him when we are in need. We need to find him as soon as we can. Like the poster above me I don't think we have to sit in a church to find God but I do think we have to look because as with our children, He wants us to ask for help before we fall. God Bless!
