At the beginning when Walt is on the airstrip, and starts advancing towards the incoming plane, Henry blindsides Walt as if Walt had no idea Henry was coming at him. The background shots show there is nothing for at least 100 yards to keep Henry hidden from view so he could tackle Walt like that. Walt would have seen Henry coming, and most likely taken evasive measures rather than being knocked to the ground like that.
Vic hits a possum with her car. The possum is shown several times during the episode. But possums are not found in Wyoming or any of the mountain west states. They are found in the eastern, southern, and midwest states and along a narrow corridor of coastal California. Not Wyoming.
When Vic Morelli is driving after dark, looks down at the six pack in the passenger then collides with the opossum, the possum would have had to have been thrown at the truck to make the kind of noise it made on impact, also the animal is too small to make a large vehicle like that bounce around from the impact.
Prior episode Branch Connally and father Barlow were shooting skeet which one does not do with #4 shot of which 196 balls were counted by the coroner in this episode.
Walt was driving down the road and gets a message from Vic over the police radio. But when it switches to Vic she is calling from her mobile phone. Different systems. And Walt won't use a mobile phone.
Except the message is first from Ruby, who then patches Vic through to the radio.

When Jacob Nighthorse's small plane is seen taxiing towards Walt and Henry on the airstrip, it is approaching from upwind, as shown by the windsock in the shot. It should have landed from the opposite direction.
When Jacob Nighthorse is standing at the bottom of the steps to Walt's cabin, you can see a small lump and a cord under his sweater. This is caused by a lavalier microphone.
