Based on a comics series by Robert Kirkman, who also writes The Walking Dead (2010). The TV series was picked up a week after the first issue was released in stores.
Already renewed for a second season before its debut on June 3rd (2016).
At least three of the cast members were in ER (1994): Patrick Fugit, David Denman and Abraham Benrubi.
