When Mark is on the boat fishing and walking around deck, a round adhesive-looking thing is on his neck, below his left ear, it looks like a band-aid, maybe it is a microphone? Later in the film, it is gone, and especially noticeable in the end scene when he is at the door and turned to the left side.
