Sue must master "tinikling", which is a a traditional dance from the Philippines that involves dancing between and over bamboo poles that two people knock together and tap in rhythm. The dance is supposed to mimic the movements of the tikling bird.

Goofs
Sue says she should have a p.e credit because extracurricular sports count as one credit. Her college counselor tells her she doesn't have it because Wrestlerettes doesn't count because she made it up. However, while Sue's cross country days were in middle school she did make the volleyball team while in high school (even though they only let her join to avoid a lawsuit after she falls through the gym floor) so she should have been given a p.e credit. In fact, the gym teacher was her volleyball coach.
