Respectfully, I think your reviews miss the mark. First of all, you don't have the same trite hallmark type tried and true leads , I .e. Lacey Chabert and Danica McKellar to name a few, plus Katrina Norman in my opinion is the better actress. The same holds true for the male lead Brock Yurich who has some Reacher / Alan Ritchson in him-if you don't know what I'm talking about stop right here. Moreover, the story concept is innovative meaning no bakeries, flower shops, wedding planners, weddings, etc and the film is nicely photographed.
Yeah , I know the sandwich thing is overdone but gratefully it faded. I admit I was initially concerned with the dialogue as the the word " literally " , which has replaced " awesome" as an overdone catchphrase , was said three times in the first ten minutes but it wasn't heard again after that. As added bonus" dude " was heard only once and "bro" not at all : the writers deserve some credit Give the movie a break, watch it again if you think I don't know what the hell I'm taking about: it's a fresh take on the tried and true hall mark theme.
