This is quite nicely shot, and tries hard to escape the limitations of what is clearly a near-zero budget, but ultimately I'm not sure I'd have missed much by not seeing it.
Without getting into spoilers, there's some interesting "meta" stuff going on, and even a hint of science fiction, which was rather unexpected, but I think the main predictor of whether you will enjoy it is how much you like the characters. One in particular irritated me quite a lot (perhaps deliberately?) and a couple left no impact at all, but mostly they were OK to spend time with.
Hopefully with this on their CV some will go on to greater things.
