I have enjoyed watching Gordon on his travels to destinations far and wide. I found it entertaining and his learning curve will have flourished after learning about the various foods and traditions of these countries. I think it takes a big person to not only brave the physical challenges but to want to enhance their already well established palette and technique.
Gordon adds a bit of drama and excitement yet maintains respect for the various cultures he encounters. So interesting to see these countries and observe their various dishes, most of which he adds a subtle touch of his own stamp. Thank you!! Most entertaining.
