Snatchers is a horror-comedy that combines high school with "Aliens." Sarah Steinberg (Mary Nepi) is a virgin who has never had sex. Her ex-boyfriend is back from Mexico and she opts to lose her virginity to him. She wakes up pregnant and gives birth to aliens who consume humans. With the help of her nerd friend Hayley (Gabrielle Elyse) whom she ghosted sophomore year, they must save her mom (J.J. Nolan) and the world.
The emphasis is on comedy and not horror although the aliens look frightening. Smile funny.
