Isolde operates a dance studio, but when she needs some time off due to a serious injury, she enlists 2 "ex's" to temporarily keep the business running until she has recovered. The 60-something men, although eagerly responding to the emergency, are not so fond of one another, since both had a history with Isolde. They're off to a bumpy start, but soon learn to respect and rely on each other to add to the dance studio's steady customers. Add a few more younger characters, and the recipe for an entertaining comedy-drama is perfect.
This isn't any award-winning film, yet it has much contemporary "Good-Old-Germany" charm. Covering issues like inter-generational communication, acceptance and teenage angst add to the flavor. The very happy ending is well worth the time spent watching.
