I love a good mystery, however I was disappointed with the quality of the person they found at the end of their journey. Assuming mom had past drug issues, I expected she'd be rough around the edges, but her blatant disregard and 'confusion' when asked about the kids having no food in the house was total bs. She'd obviously made many parental mistakes and I would have had a ton more respect for her had she owned up to those mistakes and apologized on camera. I'm giving a 5 star rating not for lack of the film quality, but for the lack of answers and empathy offered from the films inspiration.
