While I don't think the acting is always up to the task (not the child actors mind you, they are really good!), the story itself is really interesting. You may argue about some of the dialog (true), but hopefully this won't ruin the movie for you (tough to say how it translates, though the acting will not be a problem there, be it subtitles or dubbing for that matter).
