This is a slapstick comedy with very little of oral communication. Although actors being mute all the time, they deliver a top-notch performance to a equally top-notch thought of scenes. The story is a predictable one, but the film is like a well-laid plan which is executed to an almost perfection level of slapstick.
There is very little of "hitting" part which I have usually seen in slapsticks. The film relies more heavily on small plots that run amok in the Hotel and are very well kept connected through use of good timings and of course gem of an actors. The entire movie is well-paced and does not bore even at a single point of time. Times when we presume that things would happen predictably, it marvelously maneuvers things around and end up being more comical and innovative.
I would recommend this movie to everyone, although it would require parental guidance as the second part of the movie contains some scenes that are sexual gags, but without nudity.
