Director Ryan Nicholson is an Fx expert, he works in Hollywood making fx for big movies. Here, he shows all his talent, not only in the fx arena, also in the directors chair. Live Feed was a funny grade-Z bloody movie but this one is a huge improvement. Gutterballs is an homage to 70s flicks and its a complete gore fest full of blood and nudity. There is also one of the nasties rape scenes ever. Forget that artsy rape scene of Irreversible. The rape scene in this movie is brutal, terrible. Truly disturbing. All in all, a movie that features extreme and very well done gore, nudity, some hardcore sex(at least in the uncut version)and great photography. Highly recommended.
