Kids, Gotta Love 'em (2006 TV Movie)
4/10
Family entertainment for basic audience
17 July 2006
This TV movie happens when a big TV channel wants to invest money on French actors trying to do some comedy. Excepted C. Borotra who is saving her money investment on the production, the others actors (Guérineau, Back) are on minimal duty. M-F Pisier is still OK in her character playing a spoiled chief-editor of a women's magazine, just as L. Ournac who gives to his role just enough fantasy to make him credible. Fine for family with kids, but not good enough to be imposed as a quality product on nationwide TV. And when will the Guérineau imposture end ? The man has problems in speaking clearly, feeling at ease behind his smile - which is probably the thing he does best.

And any resemblance with a movie called MENSONGES ET TRAHISONS is of course pure coincidence. Did any one say that it was too risky to invent new scenarii Miss Borotra ? You're cute but you just disappoint and deceive in signing this film.
