Although not excellent, "A Woman in Winter" has a very interesting story to tell: an expert in quantum physics falls in love with a woman that he doesn't know much about(actually, all he knows about her is her first name), and, strangely, their relationships evolves in parallel with a super-nova that the main character is studying at the time, with the intention to test a theory about teleportation and time-travel.This derives into a complex and rather confusing series of events that, in the end, comes to "prove the unprovable".
Here and there, the movie kind of looks like "What the Bleep Do We Know?", but the resemblance isn't striking.
Catchy, nicely-done, this movie is far from being a waste of time.
