This movie is a wonderful expression of values and virtues, and how they still have such importance in our world, filled with materialism, greed, and ignorance. this movie shows the crucial significance and simplicity of how to make the right choices, whilst still being very entertaining. Also, though it has the Sikh community in focus, it bears messages for all, and is worthy for any eyes to see, especially for those who need to learn and benefit from it. ;)
this movie is wonderful for all ages, despite a few fight scenes (the fight scenes are intended to be shown in a negative light, instead of being heralded. drugs, alcohol, etc. are also shown in a negative light, and there are many discussions about handling one's self better. there are some bhnagra dance scenes, and fun songs. it's a rare gem of a movie. it's recommended whether or not you're sikh/Indian. this is a movie for all to learn from, and enjoy. it's become a favourite in our household.
