Just when you thought Tim Burton's take on Batman couldn't get any better here comes this movie, with a lot more going on for it. Even though we don't get a lot into the Batman character in this movie like what we did in the first, the villains and the production design compensate for it all. The villains are all memorable from Christopher Walken playing corrupt CEO, Danny Devito playing up all the bizarre sinisterness of the Penguin, and Michelle Pfeiffer adding a touch of dual sidedness to Selina Kyle/Catwoman. Batman ups the ante in the action department against the bad guys even kills a few. If there's any fault it's the lack of hero focus and character development for him, but otherwise this makes a good Christmas action movie considering it takes place around Christmas time.
