I'm stuck at home post op so thought I'd treat myself to an audible drama. I love Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, David Morrisey and Cathy Tyson so it was a complete no brainer downloading Radioman; so glad that I did because it's a brilliant piece of storytelling. My recommendation is you put on headphones and strap in!
This is definitely a darker piece than I thought it would be and I'm having a re listen because there are some things I'm sure I missed first time.
The characterisation is spot on and the plot takes some unexpected turns; it's set up so that you may question who did what until the final episode which was genuinely shocking. Love the juxtapositioning of India and Chas's experiences; very clever.
Bits are grim but if, like me, you love a psychological thriller then highly recommend!
