I was fortunate enough to catch a screening of this film a few months back, and I absolutely adore this movie! Horror Comedy is a genre that is tough to pull off, but this films balances the scares and laughs effectively. The pacing is solid, the cinematography and direction are top notch, but its script is a real stand-out; underneath the thick layer of blood splattering the screen, there's a deep emotional heart at its core. Add in some excellent practical effects (and a stand-out mask,) Sheryl is a Horror icon in the making! I had a wonderful time viewing this movie, and can easily recommend it to Horror/Comedy/Rom-Com fans of all backgrounds!
