Curiosidades
There were no replicas of Alvie's mask; the same mask is used throughout the entirety of the production AND is the same exact mask used during the two failed productions prior! The mask is about three years old at the time of writing this (September 1, 2023).

Erros de gravação
The basis of the story revolves around the fact that the main character Rowan kills his brother by accident in a fit of anger. It is likely that in real-life, Rowan would be arrested for manslaughter and put in jail.

The original draft of "The Rebirth of Alvie Laurent" did not include the character of Lindsay, who is vital to the story and embodies Rowan's eventual forgiveness and redemption. The original script instead ended with Rowan at the fire pit, still grieving Alvie's death and blaming himself, receiving no redemption or absolution for his crimes.

Solid flick!

I mean, I thought it was pretty good.

The director and lead actor Ryan Elias Baker, though physically very ugly, manages to pull off a pretty looking film with some unsettling, dreamlike imagery and a few very disturbing moments.

Cannot emphasize Baker's ugliness. It's truly horrendous and distracted me through the film. If it weren't for his little brother, Sam Baker's brilliant and eerily stoic portrayal of this "reborn" Alvie Laurent, I probably would have vomited just looking at him.

I can't forget to mention David Sanchez's solid camera management, as well as Jacqueline Schneider great performance as Lindsay, Baker's grief-stricken girlfriend. I too would be grief-stricken to date a man as ugly as that.

Anyhow, this one was pretty damn good. Cheers!
