Atlântida

This show is actually a lot better than I thought it would be. Each episode is interesting and based on a different ancient Greek mythological legend. I don't really care if it's historically accurate because it's interesting and good entertainment. Besides it's nice to see a different take on each character. Who says Hercules couldn't be a fat lazy drunk. Sometimes a reputation can be born from one lucky moment but that doesn't mean that is who they truly were.

So give the show a chance if you enjoy fantasy shows with a historical edge. It may not be realistic but nobody really knows the truth for sure so maybe it could be true. It's also nice to see something that isn't so serious. I'm getting pretty bored with watching shows about terrorists and murderers. You can delve into a new world for an hour and forget about real world tragedies.
