Refreshing

Lots of truth telling. Definitely not a formula film.

Anyone looking for a bloody thrill is watching the wrong thing. This is an insightful emotional ride. A thinkers film. Kiddies won't like it. Shallow people won't get it. The only problem I had with it is some of the editing was lacking. I liked the music and the locations. I think the direction was interesting and the priest by Mendez was cool. He was good and bad and scary and sad to watch all at once. The young girl that played little Maria was good because you felt something watching her. I would have liked to see more of the person as Vord but it's mysterious. Loved it.
