What an incredible show! It's not for the faint of heart, and definitely not for lazy viewing. You can't miss a moment.
The story delves into the depths of mental illness and trauma and the humanness of evil, among other things. It holds a mirror to your soul and makes you confront ugly and uncomfortable truths that most of us would rather keep untouched. Some aspects of the show definitely made me very uncomfortable - and I love that because it's very real. This show builds mystery very skillfully and as it all unfolds, things get murkier and darker and the show does absolute justice to the build-up.
The supreme skill with which this show has been written shows in how effortlessly it blurs the line between real life and fiction. I would love to believe that these things could never actually happen, but given the right set of circumstances, it's not even improbable. Boman Irani's incredible acting skill has been utilised spectacularly and Samara Tijori seems to be a promising prospect. Manjari Fadnnis delivered a pretty good performance as well.
Kudos to the direction, editing, and production teams - it really couldn't have been made better!
