- CuriosidadesDuring the video the narrator mentions an F6 on the Fujita Scale (a proxy for tornado intensity be examining damage wrought) which began being replaced by the Enhanced Fujita Scale in 2006. Both the Fujita Scale and the Enhanced Fujita Scale rate tornadoes from 0 - 5, although Fujita considered a F6 as theoretically possible if improbable and as impossible to discern from damage studies. The original Fujita Scale connected the Beaufort Scale to Mach 1 in twelve rating categories, of which only 0 - 5 were applied to actual tornadoes.
- Erros de gravaçãoDamage from tornadoes comes from the violent winds, not from the difference in air pressure. Tornadoes also cannot cause explosions from the difference in pressure.
- Versões alternativasTwo versions of the tape were released, one featured narration, the other feature music only.

Interesting documentary that places an emphasis on mood and atmosphere as compared to others in the genre.
Narration (alternating between EG Marshall and astronaut Neil Armstrong) attempts to explain the mechanism behind tornado formation and winds. Some of the information is outdated and based on what was believed at the time. Ex. Drop in atmospheric pressure in tornadoes can cause explosions. We know now, this is incorrect.
The footage is often allowed to speak for itself, without commentary from those who shot the videos and without natural sound, for the most part.
The star of the show, here, is the accompanying dark ambient and synth music, the majority of which was taken from Laurie Spiegel's album, Unseen Worlds. The instrumentals are present in almost every sequence, which some viewers may find too intrusive. However, it is highly effective in creating a persistent feeling of dread, perhaps most notably with the Andover tornado. That a version of this doc was released with no narration and only music is a great compliment to its composition.
