Really, Remy Ma? As a the narrator of this show, she definitely makes all of these real life criminals sound like heros. Probably because she falsely believes she is a hero after her own conviction. There is very little in this show that points to how these crimes destroyed not just the life of the criminal, but lives of the victims. This is exactly what is wrong in society today and how young people get caught up in scamming, drug dealing, etc. When will people stop glorifying crime??? This show is unacceptable and disappointing.
One story touches on a scammer in the DMV that only got 1 year in a plush federal prison, making scamming look like an easy crime. I really could not stand how Remy Ma glorified this scammer in particular. Her narrative kept encouraging the scammer's behavior.
Everyone has choices in life, but shows like these need to take some accountability. It's a reminder how bad society has become and the fact that criminals and uneducated people seem to be the most famous. Rather than truly talented artists.
