The English title of this tv series is "The Germanic Tribes", imdb should change it.
The episodes are full of fascinating facts about northern Europe and the Germanic peoples that lived there around B.C. all the way up to Scandinavia (Funen and Scania), when you really shouldn't know anything about them, because there are so little source material, and you mostly have archeology to rely on.
The only problem is, the narrator voice unfortunately seems to be taken from the Soviet era Eastern Europe, that tells the story, with the same feeling or engagement, as if she would describe the manual for a microwave oven.
