Darcy Miller, who plays Ellie, gives a splendid performance. She clearly demonstrates the twisted emotional state demanded by this film. Matthew Garrett does not shy away from the gut-wrenching gore, which in this case, is quite necessary. The story is carefully crafted, producing a true cathartic journey for the audience. Though this movie may be upsetting for some, it is definitely worth watching. The characters evoke a great deal of emotion from the viewer, and all are sure to have strong feelings about the content, one way or the other. This movie is sure to stick with you long after you have watched it.
