Flop Show is one of the greatest comedy serials of India. I still remember that as a child I used to burst into peals of laughter while the serial was in progress. It was a brilliantly directed satire and highlighted the level of corruption at that point in time. Jaspal Bhatti played the lead role and was flawless in presenting comedy on screen. The other cast included his wife Savita Bhatti, Vivek Shauq and many others.
The best part of this series was that it was different from all other series at that time and even today because of the fact that THERE WERE NO FAKE BACKGROUND LAUGHS GOING ON LIKE IN MANY OTHER SERIALS. The serial had the potential to tickle the funny bone in its viewers and i give it a 10 on 10 rating from my side. TRULY, A CLASSIC FOREVER!!!
