Musician/director Ray Honeycutt told Draculina magazine in 2002 that some of his songs were included in this and Witchcraft X: Mistress of the Craft (1998). Both starred Stephanie Beaton, so he jokingly emailed her introducing himself as her "personal soundtrack composer." But he said that really creeped her out because she didn't know who the hell he was.

I love gore, movies. Even more-so I like cannibal gore movies. I did not like Tales... though. All of the stories were just boring, and the effects were just lame. I usually love that in a film but just didn't do it for me, I even tried to watch it again (I didn't get past the first story) just to see if it caught me in the wrong mood, still sucked. All I could think was "why, why was this made", it just didn't seem like they had fun making it, like they were all just there to make a buck, and making gore movies isn't the way to go for money, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE ART!
