Perigo Mortal

"Hellbound" directed by Aaron Norris and starring his sibling, the action movie hero Chuck Norris, turns out to be an entertaining production that mixes elements of horror, thriller, action and neo-noir movies effectively. The script is simple and unoriginal but entertaining enough, although the addition of comic scenes does not quite fit into the plot. On the other hand, the horror element is very interesting, a minion of Satan who intends to start Armageddon, as I already mentioned, is not something new but it is effective. The acting is decent, the horror scenes are good and the action scenes manage to be funny but not excellent, one of the especially positive points of the movie is its elegant and creepy cinematography. As for the special effects, they are few but they are well done. "Hellbound" is an entertaining movie that manages to awaken the interest of those of us who are fans of horror movies.
