Funny Mob Movie With Bud Spencer

Bud Spencer is a wrestler on the run because he won't take a dive. Giuliano Gemma is an ice-cream maker ont he run because he can't afford to pay off a bet. They decide to join a mob, and impress boss Robert Middleton. But they are so inept that they start a mob war with the neighboring gang.

This looks like it was supposed to be another team-up between Spencer and Terence Hill, but Gemma got the role instead. He plays it a lot less cool than Hill, but is quite funny. This allows Spencer to play a bit warmer than usual. Lot of laughs in this one, particularly when they're trying to collect from a series of broke merchants. There are some nice set designs, including movie posters from the early 1920s.
