I was able to view this on the "Something Weird Video" internet channel. For what it is, this black and white nudie flick is actually halfway decent. We meet our hero as he returns to his home town in the worst possible fashion, as a stowaway hobo leaving a train car. Nonetheless he carries a positive attitude as he ventures to improve his situation. Digging through crates in an alley, he finds some plain looking sunglasses which he nearly throws away. However, he is amazed to find that when he looks through them, women's clothing becomes invisible!
He then uses these glasses to get food, lodging, clothing, etc. by allowing a string of businessmen to use the glasses to see women in the buff. Every new user goes through hilarious convulsions of shock, amazement and pleasure as he gazes at nearby beauties. Even though this gag is repeated many times, it is always funny.
This movie seems to have been shot without a sound crew. The soundtrack is narrated voice-over with jazzy library music. This actually lends itself to the tone of the film which plays like a silent comedy. There are some nice views of 60's shopping centers, and in a scene one can see "Inglewood" on a wall calendar, so the film might have been shot around there.
This little work delivers what it promises; laughs and naked girls.
