The familiar structure has a group of people staying in a mansion where many people died in a fire back in the 18th Century, and of course the place is haunted. There are light-hearted scenes and the fantasy never rises to the level of horror intensity, but interest is maintained beyond the requisite five sex vignettes.

Like many a soft-core horror film back in the VHS days, there's a ouija board, lots of believers and other trappings of a B-fantasy film, but it never gets too silly. The success of this rather obscure video (I had to add it to IMDb, some 15 years after it was released) has encouraged me to check out other Tanner storyline efforts.
