In the beginning interview scene, Rodney (Steve Olson) tells Susan (Kate Flannery) he is interviewing for assistant CEO. She corrects him and says assistant to the CEO. This is an allusion to The Office where Dwight would often say he was assistant regional manager only to be corrected that he was assistant to the regional manager. Flannery played Meredith on The Office.

The outstanding direction creates an engaging atmosphere paired with some phenomenal and charismatic performances that prove this is that one fish in the sea. It is one of the big indie hits of 2018.
