Cinema Sickness is not only the best show on YouTube, but also the best show of all time.
I've been watching David's videos almost every day for the past 8-9 years, and I'm proud to have this show as a part of my daily life.
I honestly can't imagine where I would be today if CS never existed.
David Eisenhauer is one of the most committed gentlemen I've ever seen. The fact that this man has been able to do a video every single day for the past 11+ years, while also running his own store on Instagram/Mercari/EBAY, is amazing.
I think CS is proof that anyone can make a living off of what they enjoy doing most, as long as you just commit to it.
As someone who also happens to enjoy thrifting, it's fun watching Dave and his "Crew Members" go out to places like Thrift Stores, Flea Markets, Pawn Shops, Antique Malls, ETC, and try to hunt down all the amazing deals.
I also like how much Dave's channel has evolved over the years, going from being a channel about Movies and Collecting Cinematic Media, to now mostly being about Thrifting and hanging out with friends, while also continuing to show support for Physical Media, which is something that I 100% support, because we need more people to support Physical Media, especially now with Streaming continuously trying to take over everything.
I'll be honest though, as much as I like Dave's Thrifting Videos, my favorite videos of his are the ones where he does other things, like doing vlogs in Disney World, trying new foods, and showing off cool landmarks and roadside oddities. I like those videos the best, because it adds more of a variety to the channel, and it's a nice break from the same old same old. Not that I would ever get bored of Dave's Thrifting Videos. It's just nice to see something different every now and then.
His Monday Live Stream Videos are also a lot of fun, and I enjoy having them on in the background while doing other stuff. I hope he'll be able to do more Livestreams with Rick and Krazy Joe sometime soon, because those Livestreams were always the funniest.
And of course, Dave's interactions with his friends/"crew members" when they go out hunting together are always a blast to watch. I especially love when he hunts with Chris from "Muppet Stuff", because that's when things get especially wacky, (Just try to not take everything they say in the videos super seriously. After all, it is a show).
Weather you're into Movies, Toys, Thrifting, Physical Media, or just enjoy watching a bunch of good friends having fun hunting, Cinema Sickness has a little something for everybody, and is a total blast to watch. Highly recommend this channel to anyone who enjoys Thrifting and/or Movies, as well as those who support Physical Media.
Seriously, check this channel out. You will not regret it.
