The Opening Sets the Tone and The Ending Buries It

The poorly delivered and clunky delivery of the dialog in the opening scenes sets us up for the type of movie we are about to watch.

From there chaos ensues but not an interesting chaos where the story is allowed to naturally develop itself.

Nope, every critical plot point is revealed via exposition neatly dispersed in pauses in the chaos.

Who so shooting at who? Doesn't really matter.

There seems to be an abundance of random people who are quick to make themselves the fodder as a back drop to the main characters struggle.

The ending reveals that we were simply watching an extended cut of these randoms as we are left to realize that none of it mattered.
