Patrick Stewart, through a mutual friend in 2008. She wanted to see a show in Brooklyn that Patrick was performing in, but no tickets were available. The show was moving to Broadway, so Patrick gave her his phone number (the only time he's ever done that) and told her to give him a call. In 2012, they began living together when Patrick purchased a property in Brooklyn's Park Slope. They married later in 2013.
