Bill Sheikh was born in 1992, London UK. Ever since High School he had
a passion for film and video. He went on to study media and film at
GCSE and A Level, followed by a degree in Media Arts at Plymouth
University. During his first year, Bill's directorial debut was
Somebody Help Me (2011), a short awareness film on the topic of
depression. This was shot on a micro budget with a local cast and crew
in Luton. In his third year, he went on to produce Sikh and Ye Shall
Find (2012), a film documenting the story of Plymouth's first Sikh
Councillor and Deputy Lord Mayor, Chaz Singh. The film had various
local screenings and an international broadcast on Sikh Channel.
Bill is now working as a freelance film maker/videographer in the UK, focusing in corporate videos and social dramas.
